This role is ideal for professionals with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in Interior & Exterior Projects. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing working, proposed, and final layouts, conducting precise site measurements, performing regular inspections, and supervising site activities to ensure seamless project execution. Additionally, the role involves critical administrative and technical tasks such as cost estimation, rate analysis, BOQ preparation, and billing. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and a good working knowledge of MS Excel are essential requirements. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with clients, vendors, contractors, and on-site teams.
