SRIAS is looking for an experienced Architect to join our team in Kondapur, Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 10 years of experience, preferably in residential or commercial real estate projects. In this role, you will handle architectural design and development, prepare and review concept, schematic, working, and GFC drawings, and coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, interior, and other external consultants to ensure timely deliverables. You will also ensure designs comply with building codes, local regulations, and approval requirements, coordinate with project/site teams to resolve design-related issues, conduct site visits, and support material selection and design detailing. Additionally, you will prepare presentations and 3D views for management, sales, and marketing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit / BIM, Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray, Photoshop, and MS Office is required.
