In this role, you will handle the architectural design and development of residential and commercial real estate projects. Key responsibilities include preparing and reviewing concept, schematic, working, and GFC drawings, coordinating with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior consultants, and ensuring designs comply with local regulations and building codes. You will also conduct site visits, monitor design implementation, support material selection, and prepare presentations and 3D views for management and marketing. Candidates must have 7–10 years of experience, preferably in real estate, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit/BIM, Lumion/Enscape/V-Ray, and Photoshop.
