Traventure Homes is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant General Manager – Projects & Engineering for our MSB Project located in Saligramam, Chennai. This is a full-time leadership role requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction and real estate industry, with at least 3 years specifically in a leadership capacity. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring overall project execution, overseeing site operations, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and timely completion. You will lead and manage project teams, contractors, and consultants, ensuring strict compliance with approved drawings, specifications, BOQs, and statutory requirements. Candidates must possess a full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, strong knowledge of structural works and MEP coordination, and proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential, along with a willingness to work directly at the project site. Experience in MSB projects within premium real estate development is highly preferred.
