Assistant General Manager – Projects & Engineering

Traventure Homes is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Assistant General Manager – Projects & Engineering for our prestigious MSB Project located in Saligramam, Chennai. This is a senior leadership role requiring a candidate with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction or real estate, including at least 3+ years in a leadership position. A full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory. The successful candidate will lead and manage project execution activities, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and cost efficiency. Key responsibilities include coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Quality teams, monitoring project progress and resource utilization, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring strict compliance with safety, statutory, and company standards. You will also prepare and review project reports, MIS, and progress updates for senior management. Experience in handling MSB projects is essential. Candidates must possess strong knowledge of project management, execution, structural works, and MEP coordination, alongside proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
