Traventure Homes is looking for an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Projects & Engineering to lead and manage its Multi-Storey Building (MSB) project in Saligramam, Chennai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project delivery, quality execution, cost efficiency, and seamless coordination across various project teams. Key responsibilities include leading the MSB project from execution through completion, coordinating with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Quality teams, monitoring resource utilization, and resolving on-site construction issues. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and company standards, prepare project reports and MIS for senior management, and coordinate structural works and MEP activities. Candidates must possess a full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction/real estate, including at least 3+ years in a leadership role. Essential requirements include hands-on MSB/high-rise project execution experience, strong knowledge of project management tools, and excellent communication skills.
