RVR Projects Private Limited is hiring an Assistant General Manager – QA/QC for large-scale highway and expressway projects in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. The ideal candidate will lead and manage overall QA/QC functions, establish project quality plans, and ensure compliance with MoRTH specifications, IRC codes, and IS codes. Key responsibilities include supervising quality control for highways, pavements, and structures, reviewing material testing and laboratory results, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors. Candidates must have a B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil/Highway/Transportation Engineering (or a Diploma with extensive experience) and 18+ years of overall experience in infrastructure projects, including at least 5 years in senior project leadership and successful closure of at least 2 major highway projects (4/6-lane, greenfield/brownfield).
