HEEHOON Design Global Pvt. Ltd. (HDG), also known as HDG Design Group, is currently hiring for the position of Assistant Manager – Project (Civil/Interior) at our Gurugram location. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 5 to 7 years of experience, with a strong preference for those who have worked on Civil and Interior Fit-Out Projects. Educational qualifications required include a B.Tech or a Diploma in Civil Engineering. As an Assistant Manager, you will manage end-to-end civil infrastructure project execution, monitor project schedules, timelines, and site progress, and coordinate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Additionally, you will review BOQs, billing, quantity take-offs, and cost estimation, verify contractor bills, PRW bills, and client billing documentation, and ensure quality, safety, and timely project completion. You will also prepare project MIS reports, progress reports, and handle project coordination for Civil, Interior, and MEP activities.
