Responsibilities include monitoring the quality of construction activities and materials, coordinating material testing and quality control activities, ensuring materials and workmanship comply with project specifications, maintaining quality records, test reports, and documentation, and coordinating with site and laboratory teams. Relevant highway consultancy experience is mandatory. Candidates must have strong knowledge of highway construction, quality standards, and project execution, with good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
