Associate Manager – Internal Audit

Triveni Group, a diversified business group, is expanding its Internal Audit team and is looking for an Associate Manager – Internal Audit. This is a full-time role requiring 6 to 8 years of experience and a CA or Semi-Qualified CA qualification. As an Associate Manager, you will manage and execute specific internal audits across assigned audit streams. You will plan audit activities, ensure timely completion of assigned audits, and review audit work papers for assigned engagements. You will ensure audit documentation is complete, accurate, and properly supported, and review work papers to ensure adherence to internal audit standards and procedures. Key responsibilities also include identifying control weaknesses, process gaps, and potential risks, discussing audit observations with relevant stakeholders, and supporting the development of corrective actions. You will assist senior management in reporting audit findings and recommendations. Required skills include strong knowledge of internal audit processes and methodologies, a good understanding of risk and internal control frameworks, strong analytical and documentation skills, and the ability to independently manage assigned audit engagements.
