BD & Tender Engineer

SPARTAN BUILDERS PVT. LTD. is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated BD & Tender Engineer to join our growing team. This position is a full-time role with placement based on project sites or Head Office requirements as needed. As a BD & Tender Engineer, you will play a critical role in our construction and real estate operations. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and evaluating new business and tender opportunities, preparing and submitting bids, tenders, quotations, and pre-qualification documents. You will also study tender documents, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions in detail, coordinating closely with estimation, planning, commercial, and technical teams. Additionally, you will track tender submissions, clarifications, and results, while maintaining comprehensive records of ongoing and upcoming tenders. To be successful in this role, you should have 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably within the construction or real estate sector. A qualification of Diploma or B.E. Civil is required. We are looking for a professional with strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with project teams, contractors, and management.
