Billing Engineer

ANI Integrated Services Ltd is hiring a Billing Engineer for residential, commercial, township, and mixed-use projects in Mumbai, Maharashtra. The ideal candidate should have 7 to 9 years of experience in the Real Estate or Construction industry, with a B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Key responsibilities include preparing and verifying RA Bills, Final Bills, and Subcontractor Bills; measuring quantities based on drawings, BOQs, and actual site execution; coordinating with Site Engineers, Contractors, Consultants, and Project Teams for bill certification; reconciling executed quantities against contract quantities; preparing variation statements, extra-item calculations, and deviation reports; monitoring project costs and ensuring billing compliance with contractual terms; assisting in budget tracking, cost analysis, and MIS reporting; maintaining measurement sheets, work orders, billing documentation, and payment records; and supporting internal and external audits related to project billing and contracts. Key skills required include Quantity Surveying & BOQ, Rate Analysis, Contractor & Subcontractor Billing, RA Bills & Final Bills, ERP (SAP/Oracle preferred), and Contract Management & Cost Control.
