Perfect Engineers & Resources Pvt. Ltd. (Perpl – Building Futures) is seeking a qualified and experienced Billing Engineer for full-time opportunities in Delhi & Uttarakhand. The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience in billing and quantity surveying, preferably within building construction projects. Key responsibilities include preparing and verifying contractor bills, client bills, RA bills, and measurement sheets. You will take and verify site measurements as per actual work executed, prepare BOQ, quantity calculations, rate analysis, and billing statements. Additionally, you will check quantities against approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and work orders, and coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and project teams. Monitoring work progress, ensuring timely submission of bills, maintaining proper records of measurements, variations, and supporting documents are critical. You will also identify discrepancies in quantities, rates, and billing documents, and assist in tracking extra items, deviations, and variations.
