SJ Contracts is hiring a Billing Engineer for its project teams located in Pune, Mumbai, and Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar. This is a full-time opportunity in the Billing / Quantity Surveying department within the Construction / Infrastructure industry. Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in construction/project billing. Key responsibilities include preparing project billing documents and quantity statements, taking and verifying site measurements, and assisting in the preparation of client and subcontractor bills. You will coordinate with site teams for required measurements and documentation, maintain accurate billing records and supporting documents, check quantities, and identify billing discrepancies. You will also support senior billing and QS professionals in day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of measurements, quantities, and billing documentation, strong numerical and analytical skills, good coordination and communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with site and project teams.
