Milan Road Buildtech LLP is currently hiring a Billing & Planning Engineer for our Head Office in Mumbai. This is a full-time position requiring 4 to 5 years of experience specifically within the Metro or Rail Infrastructure industry, which is mandatory. Candidates must possess a B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Key responsibilities include the preparation and verification of RA Bills, Client Bills, and Contractor Bills, along with quantity calculation, measurement verification, and BOQ reconciliation. The role also involves project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and the preparation of weekly/monthly work plans and MIS reports. You will monitor planned vs. actual progress, identify delays, and prepare variation, extra-item, and rate analysis statements. Coordination with site, client, consultant, contracts, and accounts teams is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and Primavera P6/MS Project is highly preferred.
