Navanaami Projects Pvt Ltd. is hiring an experienced BIM Engineer to join its dedicated Building Information Modelling (BIM) department in Hyderabad, Telangana. This is a full-time opportunity in the Real Estate and Construction industry. The ideal candidate must possess 4 to 6 years of relevant experience, with mandatory experience in the real estate sector. Key responsibilities include developing, managing, and coordinating BIM models for construction and real estate projects. You will coordinate BIM-related activities with project, design, and construction teams, review BIM models to identify design or coordination issues, and ensure models are developed and maintained according to project requirements and standards. Additionally, you will support project teams with BIM-related documentation, assist in resolving clashes and technical issues identified during coordination, and maintain the accuracy and consistency of BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
