Onecrest Infra is actively hiring for the position of Civil Billing Engineer to join our team on-site at Golf Course Road, Gurugram. The monthly salary offered for this role is between ₹50,000 and ₹70,000. In this role, you will be responsible for managing project billing with high accuracy, ownership, and a strong commercial understanding. This position requires close coordination with project, site, procurement, and accounts teams. Key responsibilities include preparing and verifying contractor and subcontractor bills based on actual site work, taking and verifying site measurements, and maintaining measurement records. You will review BOQs, work orders, rate schedules, and contract terms, verifying claimed quantities against approved drawings, specifications, and site progress. Additionally, you will prepare measurement sheets, RA bills, reconciliation statements, supporting documents, BBS, and BOQ documentation. You will also assist with rate analysis, variation claims, extra-item billing, and quantity reconciliation, while tracking certified, processed, and pending bills for timely closure.
