Avalon Spaces Private Limited is seeking a dedicated and skilled Civil Engineer — Apartment Projects for a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all civil engineering aspects of our upscale apartment projects. This includes conducting design reviews, project planning, and coordinating closely with architects, contractors, and vendors. You will supervise site execution to ensure structural integrity and strict adherence to quality standards, while also monitoring project timelines and budgets. Key responsibilities also involve managing stormwater and drainage systems, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety regulations, and preparing detailed technical reports and documentation. Additionally, you will resolve on-site technical issues, optimize construction methods, and support sustainable, cost-effective engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with practical experience in residential or apartment projects. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, STAAD, or Revit is highly desirable, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
