MV Dugar Hydro Division is seeking an experienced and highly qualified Civil Engineer to join our team as a Billing & Contract Manager for the Lapche Khola hydropower project. This position is based in Kathmandu, Nepal, and requires a professional with over 12 years of specialized experience in billing and contract engineering within the hydropower sector. Crucially, candidates must have completed at least one hydropower billing cycle from the contractor's side (experience solely on the client or consultant side will not be considered). Key responsibilities include preparing and processing client-contractor bills, managing comprehensive contract documentation, coordinating measurement and certification with clients and consultants, and ensuring accurate, timely billing for an ongoing hydropower tunneling project. The role also entails preparing material reconciliation statements and reporting directly to top management. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, strong proficiency in MS Excel and billing/estimation software, and excellent communication skills. A willingness to travel to the project site for a monthly site visit is required.
