This role is focused on high-rise residential, commercial, and mixed-use development projects. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising and monitoring construction activities on-site, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications. You will coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams, monitor workmanship, materials, and construction progress, and resolve technical and execution-related issues at the site. Candidates with strong technical capabilities, project coordination skills, and experience in large-scale building construction are highly preferred.
