Civil Engineer – Technical Support Engineer (AutoCAD)

Tob Digital is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Technical Support Engineer (AutoCAD) in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. In this role, you will provide technical assistance and support related to AutoCAD and technical engineering applications. Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and have 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in a technical role. Strong hands-on experience with AutoCAD, an excellent understanding of technical drawings/workflows, and excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are required. Previous experience supporting software applications and strong troubleshooting skills are highly preferred. We offer flexible working hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).
