Civil Engineer

Manage / support all Plant & Machinery operations at projects and workshops. Ensure optimum utilization, performance and uptime of equipment and machinery. Plan and execute preventive & breakdown maintenance of all P&M. Monitor fuel consumption, spares usage and control costs. Coordinate with vendors for spares, services and AMC/repairs. Maintain equipment records, logs, and MIS reports in N-WAY ERP and other systems. Handle P&M manpower, including recruitment, training and performance management. Ensure compliance with safety, statutory and environmental norms. Work closely with project and HO teams for timely availabilityof equipment as per project requirements.
