AVS Infra Projects is actively hiring for the position of Civil QS Engineer to support our quantity surveying and commercial activities for ongoing and upcoming construction projects in Hyderabad. This is a full-time employment opportunity suitable for candidates with up to 2 years of experience, including freshers with relevant training. The ideal candidate should possess practical site execution experience, excellent communication skills, and a solid basic understanding of quantities, measurements, and billing.
Key responsibilities include performing quantity take-offs and measurements for civil works, preparing and reviewing BOQs, estimates, and quantity calculations, and assisting with contractor and client billing. You will also verify site measurements against drawings and executed work, coordinate with site execution teams for quantity and measurement requirements, assist in preparing rate analysis and cost estimates, track quantities, variations, and material consumption, and maintain all QS-related records, measurements, and documentation.
Requirements: Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering is preferred. 0–2 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, or Civil Execution is required, and site execution experience is mandatory/preferred. You should have a good understanding of civil construction activities, basic knowledge of BOQ, estimation, and billing, good communication and coordination skills, and basic proficiency in MS Excel.
