The ideal candidate should have 0 to 3 years of experience and hold a Diploma, BE, or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key responsibilities include supervising daily residential construction activities, monitoring RCC, brickwork, plastering, and finishing work, coordinating with contractors and labor, checking construction quality and progress, understanding and following civil drawings, monitoring material requirements, and maintaining daily site reports.
