This full-time, permanent position offers an engaging, dynamic balance of office-based structural design and hands-on field investigation. The ideal candidate will perform steel and concrete design calculations for heavy industrial applications, create and optimize detailed layout and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD, and conduct on-site structural inspections (including climbing catwalks and navigating heavy industrial facilities). Requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, a proven background in construction, steel, or heavy industry, and expertise in AutoCAD, FEA, and AISC/AIST/AWS codes.
