Candidates must hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering and possess 3 to 5 years of experience in civil construction supervision. As a Civil Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily site execution, managing labor and subcontractors, and ensuring that construction work is carried out according to the project plans and specifications. You will monitor the quality of concrete works, brickwork, plastering, and other civil activities, ensuring safety standards are strictly maintained on-site. Additionally, you will coordinate with site engineers to report progress and manage material requirements.
