Construction Manager – Civil

Crescon is hiring a full-time Construction Manager – Civil for projects across India. This is an immediate joining opportunity for highly experienced civil engineering professionals with over 10 years of experience in construction project execution and management. As a Construction Manager, you will lead and manage overall construction activities at the assigned project site. Key responsibilities include planning, organizing, and monitoring day-to-day civil construction activities, ensuring project execution is completed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and schedules. You will manage site engineers, supervisors, contractors, and subcontractors, and coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and internal project teams. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, implement corrective measures to avoid delays, plan manpower, materials, equipment, and other project resources, and ensure compliance with quality, safety, and company standards.
