Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast LLC is hiring a Construction Manager for an exciting opportunity in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This role is part of our building construction division, focusing on large-scale, high-rise, and mid-rise projects. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and overseeing all building construction activities on-site. You will lead site teams, coordinate with contractors, consultants, and subcontractors, and monitor project execution, quality, safety, schedule, and resources. Ensuring compliance with approved drawings and specifications is critical, alongside handling site coordination and resolving execution-related issues. Candidates must have 5 to 18 years of relevant construction experience, specifically in large-scale building projects. Strong technical, execution, and project management skills are required.
