Construction Manager

TQCert Services Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Tata Projects, is currently hiring an experienced Construction Manager for our high-rise residential project in Zirakpur (Mohali). The ideal candidate must possess 12 to 15 years of solid experience in managing construction sites, with a mandatory background in High Rise buildings and MIVAN formwork technology. Key responsibilities include overseeing daily site operations, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, managing subcontractors, and coordinating with the project planning team to ensure timely completion of milestones. Candidates should hold a Diploma, BE, or BTech in Civil Engineering. This is a full-time position offering a competitive, negotiable salary package based on experience and expertise.
