Construction Manager

TQCert Services Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Tata Projects, is currently hiring an experienced Construction Manager for an exciting high-rise residential project located in Zirakpur (Mohali). This is a full-time position requiring 12 to 15 years of solid experience in civil construction. Candidates must have extensive hands-on experience with High Rise buildings and MIVAN formwork technology, which is a mandatory requirement for this role. The educational qualification required is a Diploma, BE, or BTech in Civil Engineering. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities, managing site engineers and subcontractors, ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards, and driving the project schedule to meet key milestones. You will also coordinate with the planning and billing teams to ensure smooth execution.
