Tata Housing is hiring a Construction Project Manager for the IMCC Project located in Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time role within the Projects / Construction department, reporting directly to the Project Head or Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in commercial, high-rise, or building construction projects. Educational qualification required is a B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Key responsibilities include managing and overseeing all construction activities, planning and monitoring project execution according to approved schedules, and ensuring work meets quality, safety, and technical standards. You will coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and internal teams, monitor progress, manpower, materials, and resources, and review drawings and specifications. Additionally, you will resolve site-level technical issues, track timelines, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and prepare progress reports for management. Candidates must possess strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills, with the ability to deliver within tight timelines.
