Construction Site Engineer

Prudent Constructions is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Site Engineer to oversee and manage our project sites in Bangalore, Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in civil construction. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that all execution aligns perfectly with approved civil and structural drawings and specifications. You will coordinate closely with contractors, laborers, consultants, and internal project teams to maintain high quality standards. Additionally, you will monitor manpower, materials, and other site resources, proactively identifying and resolving technical and execution issues. Maintaining daily progress reports and site documentation is crucial, as is ensuring strict compliance with project timelines and safety protocols. Candidates must hold a Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering and possess strong communication, problem-solving, and team-management skills.
