This is a full-time leadership role requiring a senior professional with 15+ years of experience, ideally within the real estate and residential construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and monitoring the overall execution of residential projects from planning through to completion, ensuring all projects meet required standards for quality, safety, timelines, and cost efficiency. Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day site operations, project budgets, resources, vendors, contractors, and consultants. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress against approved schedules, identify project risks, and implement appropriate risk mitigation plans.
