Deputy Project Manager (DPM)

Payal Dev Construction LLP is inviting applications for the position of Deputy Project Manager (DPM) for our ongoing Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) Water Supply Project in Patna, Bihar. This recruitment is part of a mega hiring drive with 84 total posts available. Candidates must hold a Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience. Prior experience in Jal Jeevan Mission (JJM) or Rural Water Supply Projects is highly preferred and required. The Deputy Project Manager will assist the Project Manager in overseeing daily operations, managing site execution, and coordinating pipeline works involving HDPE, DI, and MDPE pipelines. Responsibilities also include managing water supply distribution networks, FHTC/Household Tap Connections, and OHT LESB construction. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and technical skills to manage teams and ensure project milestones are met efficiently. This is a full-time role with negotiable compensation based on qualifications.
