Civil, B.Tech Civil, or DCE qualification. Responsibilities include monitoring the quality of civil construction works, conducting inspections and workmanship checks, ensuring construction activities comply with approved drawings and specifications, monitoring material quality and testing requirements, maintaining QA/QC documentation, and identifying non-conformities.
