This full-time position requires a professional with 5+ years of experience in the real estate and construction industry. The successful candidate will monitor day-to-day construction quality activities, conduct thorough site inspections, and ensure strict compliance with project specifications. You will check construction materials and workmanship, coordinate closely with site teams and contractors to resolve quality-related issues, and maintain comprehensive QA/QC records, reports, and inspection documentation. Additionally, you will support the implementation of quality-control procedures across the project. Mandatory requirements include prior experience in real estate/construction QA/QC activities.
