This is a full-time role requiring 4–6 years of experience in building construction projects, which is mandatory. The candidate should hold a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering. Key responsibilities include preparing quantity take-offs from drawings and BOQs, rate analysis, cost estimation, quantity reconciliation, preparing project schedules, tracking progress, and coordinating with site execution, procurement, and subcontractor teams.
