Candidates must have a Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in a Civil Construction Contracting Company, preferably in Building Projects. Key responsibilities include ensuring quality control and assurance of civil construction activities, monitoring construction work as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards, conducting inspections, coordinating material/testing requirements, ensuring compliance with project quality plans, identifying quality issues, maintaining inspection records, and coordinating with project teams, consultants, and client representatives.
