You will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified IT professionals for US-based requirements, reviewing resumes, screening candidates, and conducting candidate calls to evaluate technical and communication skills. You will coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, maintain candidate pipelines, work closely with account managers, and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
