Mihir Group is seeking a Finishing Engineer – Civil for our high-rise residential project in Bavdhan, Pune. This full-time position requires 5 to 7 years of experience and a Diploma, B.E., or B.Tech in Civil Engineering. The core requirement is expertise in high-rise residential internal and external architectural finishes. Key responsibilities include supervising post-structural civil work such as block masonry, gypsum plaster/POP, tiling, waterproofing, painting, doors/windows, and fabrication. You will enforce strict quality tolerances for wall verticality, floor levels, tile joint alignments, and aesthetic finishes. Additionally, you will coordinate snagging and de-snagging processes before flat handovers, and manage finishing contractor productivity, material indenting, and consumption tracking to minimize waste.
