Finishing Engineer – Civil

Mihir Group is looking for an experienced Finishing Engineer – Civil to join our Construction Project Team at Bavdhan, Pune. This position requires 5 to 7 years of specialized experience in managing finishing works for high-rise residential projects. Candidates with experience in projects constructed using Mivan or Aluform shuttering systems are highly preferred. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising internal and external finishing works such as plastering, gypsum, tiling, flooring, painting, and waterproofing. You will be responsible for ensuring flawless aesthetic quality, managing finishing contractors, tracking material consumption, and delivering units on schedule.
