This role is for high-rise commercial and residential building projects, requiring immediate joining. The candidate must have 5 to 10 years of experience, with a minimum qualification of 12th Pass or Graduate. A minimum of 4+ years of specific experience in shuttering and formwork for high-rise structures is highly preferred. Key responsibilities include leading shuttering carpenters, interpreting formwork drawings, ensuring accurate alignment and stability of shuttering systems, managing material wastage, and maintaining strict safety protocols on-site.
