Candidates must have 5 to 10 years of experience and be a Graduate or 12th Pass. We prefer candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience in steel reinforcement works for high-rise buildings. The role involves reading structural drawings, executing bar bending schedules (BBS), supervising steel fixers, ensuring correct placement and binding of reinforcement steel, and coordinating with quality engineers for pre-pour inspections.
