Nitigya Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled Foreman for our Industrial Project based in Romson, Noida. This is a full-time role, and candidates with 4+ years of relevant experience in supervising construction workers and daily site activities are preferred. Your primary responsibilities will include supervising workers, allocating manpower according to project requirements, and ensuring work is carried out as per instructions and drawings. You will also monitor productivity, quality, and work progress, coordinate with engineers and supervisors, ensure proper use of tools and construction materials, and maintain discipline and safety at the worksite. Experience in industrial construction projects is preferred. We provide free accommodation for site staff, with food charges of ₹2,500 per month and PF deduction of ₹1,800 per month.
