Nitigya Buildcon Pvt Ltd is hiring an experienced Foreman for our active Industrial Project in Romson, Noida. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in high-rise and industrial construction environments. As a Foreman, you will play a crucial role in supervising the workforce, assigning daily tasks to laborers and technicians, and ensuring that construction work progresses according to the project schedule. You will be responsible for maintaining safety protocols on-site, monitoring material usage to minimize waste, and reporting progress directly to the site engineers. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. Benefits for this role include free accommodation provided by the company for site staff. Food is chargeable at ₹2,500 per month, and there is a standard PF deduction of ₹1,800 per month.
