The candidate will take complete ownership and accountability for projects from planning to final handover. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end project execution, supervising RCC, shuttering, brickwork, plastering, finishing, and external development, managing project budgets, material procurement, and cost control. The role requires coordination with architects, consultants, contractors, and site teams, ensuring quality control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
