Katyayan Group is looking for an experienced General Manager – Civil (Project Head) to take complete ownership of civil construction projects from planning and execution through final handover in Lucknow or as per project requirements. The ideal candidate should have 12–15 years of experience in civil construction and project management, with a B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering. Key responsibilities include leading end-to-end project execution within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards; supervising RCC, shuttering, brickwork, plastering, finishing, and external development works; preparing project plans and schedules; managing procurement, manpower, and cost control; and coordinating with architects, consultants, and contractors.
