Greenmark Developers is seeking an experienced and highly capable General Manager – Civil to lead the execution and delivery of premium villa and high-rise residential projects in Kollur, Hyderabad. This is a full-time leadership role requiring 20 to 25 years of extensive experience in civil construction and project management. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end civil construction activities, manage project planning, execution, progress, quality, and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include supervising project teams, site engineers, contractors, and subcontractors, monitoring RCC, structural works, masonry, finishing, and external development. You will review project schedules, manpower requirements, material planning, and resource allocation to ensure work aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Coordination with architects, consultants, MEP teams, and vendors is essential. Candidates must hold a Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, possess strong knowledge of structural and finishing activities, and demonstrate excellent leadership, planning, and decision-making skills.
