Urbanrise is hiring a General Manager – Design Delivery (G.M. Architecture) for our Hyderabad location. This is a full-time role requiring 18–20 years of experience in residential real estate design and development. The ideal candidate will lead design delivery for residential real estate projects, driving master planning, unit planning, elevations, and contemporary/futuristic design concepts. Key responsibilities include reviewing and critically evaluating design proposals from external consultants, challenging and improving design solutions, and evaluating design alternatives. You will lead and influence external consultants to ensure timely design delivery and quality, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the design lifecycle, and ensure design outcomes meet project requirements, timelines, and quality standards. Additionally, you will explore emerging design technologies and AI-enabled platforms to improve design efficiency. Required qualifications include a Master's degree in Architecture (M.Arch) from premier institutions like IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, SPA Delhi, NIT Calicut, NIT Trichy, CEPT Ahmedabad, or Sir J.J. College of Architecture, Mumbai. Strong expertise in master planning, unit planning, elevation design, and contemporary/futuristic design concepts is required.
