Urbanrise is seeking an experienced and highly skilled General Manager – Design Delivery (GM Architecture) to lead architectural design and delivery for large-scale residential real estate projects in Hyderabad. In this full-time role, you will lead end-to-end architectural design delivery, develop and review master plans, unit layouts, elevations, and contemporary design concepts. You will evaluate, challenge, and enhance design proposals submitted by architects and consultants, shortlisting optimal design solutions based on functionality, aesthetics, feasibility, and project objectives. Key responsibilities also include coordinating with external consultants, architects, planners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery, driving design quality, innovation, and compliance, and integrating modern and AI-enabled design tools like TestFit and Autodesk Forma. Candidates must possess a Master’s Degree in Architecture, preferably from reputed institutions such as IIT Kharagpur, IIT Roorkee, SPA Delhi, NIT Calicut, NIT Trichy, CEPT Ahmedabad, or Sir J.J.
